Software Technical Lead in JHB

Key Responsibilities:


  • Guiding team members with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Maintain high team morale.
  • Creating a framework of technical standards and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing for the whole system.
  • Overseeing software quality and system modification.
  • Establishing project specifications and technical direction.
  • Write clear, modular, and maintainable code using contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and developments.
As a
leader, you will supervise team members, delegate tasks, issue feedback, evaluate risks, and resolve conflicts.

As an
architect, you will perform technical assessments, oversee development lifecycles, direct release management, and adhere to federal regulations.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful software projects.
  • Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure).
