    Your tasks and responsibilities:

    • Review and assess system diagnostics
    • Implement security measures
    • Monitor security certificates and ensure company compliance
    • Provide end user support locally
    • Perform infrastructure support
    • Assist with on/off boarding of users
    • Offer configuration support
    • Install/uninstall computer and mobile clients
    • Handle ticket requests and service management
    • Ensure network and computer system security and privacy

    You will also get exposure and training on:

    • Customer service in an engineering environment
    • Management decision-making
    • Troubleshooting
    • Improving internal tools, equipment, and processes

    Additionally, you will develop and receive training on:

    • Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Organizational and management skills
    • Usage of online reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications
    • Business learning
    • Troubleshooting skills
    • Enhancing customer service

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
    • Knowledge of IT Service Management
    • Experience in IT support on digital platforms

    • Must be a South African Citizen
