Description

Role purpose:


Your responsibilities will include:

Deliver role -specific sourcing strategies and other talent identification initiatives
Conduct benchmark research to generate talent insights for decision making.
Manage recruitment surveys and analytics-and use this to input into talent buy strategy
Develop and provide reporting and analytics for Talent Acquisition.
Maintain the recruitment forecast report.
Provide support to the Head Talent Acquisition in building and launching key processes.

Contribute to discussions on trends and identify gaps / high risks areas of concern following data analysis to allow the business to develop risk mitigation strategy in connection with recruitment.

Collaborate with the larger TA team to designing a knowledge management framework for all research work, drive efficiency, and ensure business continuity.

Adhoc reports/presentations on talent insights


Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Must have a relevant degree in HR, Business Administration
Experience in research, analysis and insights
Good commercial understanding and knowledge of various industry
A minimum 5+ years' experience in executive recruiting
Experience in research, market mapping, and stakeholder management
Experienced LinkedIn user, as well as other search engines and talent tools
Research-driven with the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and in a dynamic working environment.
Good commercial understanding and knowledge of various industries.
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools.
Proven track record of current network LinkedIn connections etc.
Systems orientated individual with a track record of using HR related reporting.
