You're young, dynamic individual with a background that has a combination of finance and operations.

You'd love to join an international company that is growing with a young bunch of professionals where you can make a difference and be the 2IC to the Operations Manager that is an Accountant by trade.


What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)


This is a newly created role in a growing Solar PV company to be the right hand of the Operations Manager.

You'll assist her with finance related matters such as invoicing and liaising with the external finance company.

The operational type work will be logistics / warehouse related and you'll also liaise with the outsourced warehouse 3rd party, arrange transport etc.

You'll need to ensure that the outsourced companies are providing excellent service and staying on track.

You'll also play a part in assisting with office management type duties and working on the ERP system.

You'd be based at the company's offices in Cape Town CBD where you'll join a young team of passionate people all working towards the same goal.

The company is big on ownership, in a start-up type environment where everyone is accountable and entrepreneurially minded.

It's an international company that is a leading supplier of solar PV products and their SA operation is growing.

The Operations Manager is driven and focused, she appreciates accurate work and that you're task focused to get the work done well.

She acknowledges dedicated work and effort.


What you'll need


Ideally we're looking for someone with some form of financial diploma or certificate but the minimum would be a matric certificate.

You'll need to have a minimum of 2 years finance / admin / operations type experience. The perfect fit would be a good combo of the duties covered above.


Would be ideal if you have some ERP system experience (they use Microsoft Dynamics) but you definitely need to be MS Office proficient.


We're looking for a goal driven individual that would fit well in to a young and driven start up environment.

You'll be a natural multi tasker, dependable and organised. You'll have a "can do" attitude and enjoy being of service and getting things done.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll be responsible for property management, case management (medical aid process, admissions, authorisations) and managing credit control. You'll also market the facility to health professionals and surrounding hospitals. Procurement, the Businesses Information Technology, Environmental and Social Governance will also fall under your scope. You'll also be leading a team of 3 employees.


Where you'll be doing it


You'll be based at one of the Groups facilities in Blouberg that has a down-to-earth, fun and diverse team of professionals working there.


What you'll need
You have some form of tertiary qualification (no Certificates), we're looking for someone with a National Diploma or Degree. You'll need to have medical aid and admin experience - processes, creditors, claims etc. We're looking for someone that is passionate about patient care and is a strong leader.

An added advantage would be case management experience and property management (property maintenance). You'll need to have a car and valid driver's license. You're diligent, responsible, mature, positive and caring. You're also a strong team player and are solutions orientated.
