Our client is looking for a calf manager with minimum 3 years experience in a similar position


Duties & Responsibilities
Managing calving, calf rearing and calf health
Staff management - manage, motivate and link farm requirements to action
Hiring/firing and training of general workers
Disciplinary management and general management of all staff reporting to this role
Fully computer literate
Data analysis and accuracy of SOP's
Accountable for all farm equipment
Prepared to work overtime when required


Desired Experience & Qualification
Applicable national diploma in Agriculture - animal husbandry
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Clean employment and criminal record
Accurate, organized and demonstrates initiative
Deadline driven


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R15, R20,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tsitsikama,

Eastern Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
