Description
Qualified 3 Phase Installation Electrician: 5 years.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a 3 Phase Installation Electrician or similar position.
  • Indepth LV, MV & HV experience.
  • Certified to issue 3phase Certificates of Compliance
  • Wireman's license would be advantageous.
  • Previous datacenter experience would be advantageous.
  • Available immediately
  • Must be based in or around Century city
  • Driver's license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent faultfinding skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Inspection and testing of single and 3phase electrical installations.
  • Reading and interpretation of electrical site plans (technical drawings).
  • Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Performing general electrical maintenance.
  • Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components. Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
  • Following national and local building regulations.
  • Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
  • Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.
  • Ensure that electrical installations are in compliance with legislation, standards and project specific standards, including managing all required documentation.
  • Reporting technical issues.
