Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently handling sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Capturing invoices upon receipt of stock and processing credit transactions.
  • Overseeing the nonmuster stock from receipt to dispatch, including monthly stock takes and reporting.
  • Preparing backorder reports and sending updates.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, attending to phone calls, and filing delivery notes.
  • Liaising with shipping companies for updates on goods in transit and obtaining necessary export documents.
  • Proactively contacting customers to provide updates on orders and shipments.
  • Assisting with VAT returns and raising purchase orders.
  • Collecting stock and assisting in the warehouse with minor tasks as needed.
  • Adapting to various tasks and providing support across different departments when required.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales order processing, stock management, and logistics coordination is desirable.
  • Experience in administrative roles or customer service will be advantageous.
  • This role offers flexibility from time to time to accommodate personal needs.
