Digital/Social Media Marketing Intern


We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated person to join one of our partner companies to help streamline their marketing communications and coordination of marketing media related events as well as to assist the marketing manager with various projects and tasks where necessary.


Responsibilities
Include but not limited to.

  • Assisting with the production and scheduling of content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
  • A wellorganized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively
  • Timeously responding to comms on various channels using preset responses and templates
  • Managing and coordinating external and internal communications
  • Coordinating marketing media events such as photo shoots and videography sessions
  • Willingness to learn and develop marketing skills

Requirements:


  • Excellent in verbal and written English
  • Availability to be highly responsive to comms outside of normal working hours
  • Ability to work independently as well as with the team
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with a team on site and remotely
  • High attention to detail
  • Impeccable time and task management skills
  • Must have a passion for marketing
  • Background and/or qualification in social media marketing or graphic design

Stipend:
R5, R6,000.00 per month


Salary:
R6, R8,000.00 per month
