Description

Manage and facilitate the implementation of early childhood development (ECD) programme in Gauteng according to required exceptional deliverables.

MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION

Plan and monitor the implementation of the programme in line with key performance indicators.
Compile and maintain interim programme reports and minute meetings
Managing programme risks including the development of contingency plans
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Communicate, consult and liaise with various key stakeholders and partners.
Coordinate activities with vendors and suppliers and maintain relationships with them.
Assist the CEO in various activities such as budget monitoring and meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills both oral and written
Development oriented
Understanding of community dynamics
Ability to successfully manage a wide network of relationships
Time management skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences and or related fields
4 Years' experience in development including significant project/portfolio management in a complex environment
Project management
Demonstrate proven knowledge and experience in working and supporting project management to deliver business benefits
