- Our client, a dealership, on the West Rand is looking for a Seasoned New Vehicle Sales Executive to join their team
JOB SUMMARY:
CORE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- To Manage the new car sales floor
- To sell the maximum number of vehicles
- Ensure Sales and CSI Targets are met/exceeded
- Control Varied activities at optimal pace to achieve required targets
- Assist with growth of Market Share by implementing ad maintaining valueadding processes in the new car department
- Be willing to grow and learn managerial skills for future growth
- To ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilities
- To ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at all times in accordance with Company sales policy to ensure future repeat sales
- To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities
- To ensure all payments for vehicles are complete and correct for each transaction
- To ensure observance of safety and security of people, vehicles, and property at all times
- To establish and maintain a rapport with all potential and actual customers that enhances their image of the company
- To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration
- To have the ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale
Inherent Requirements - Drivers license
- At least 3 years Vehicle Sales Experience
- Managerial skills a bonus
- Motivational personality

- Social Media savvy
- Target/Goal Driven
- Proven Track record
- Computer literate
