    Key Purpose

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:

  • Administration of Remuneration and Incentives.
  • Handling telephonic and written queries.
  • Liaising with clients in obtaining outstanding requirements.
  • Relationship building with internal colleagues /stakeholders.
  • Assisting with system testing
  • Assist in consolidating management reports; Dashboards and other adhoc reporting.
  • Employee Administration.
  • Trend analysis based on IAS escalations received.
  • Administration on Incentive System (IAS).
  • Training new users on IAS.
  • Manage and Deliver Tasks from inception to completion within deadlines.
  • Create, review, and update Standard Operation Procedure documents.
  • Adhoc investigations to support incentive submissions.

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Matric
  • Administration experience
  • Above average numeric skills
  • Record of high achievement.
  • High level of Knowledge in Excel
  • Exposure to Reporting
  • Basic Analytic skills
  • Discovery Service Operational Knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience using the Incentive Administration System would be advantageous
