Description
We are looking for a CA(SA) to join a dynamic team as a Group Commercial Manager in the Centurion area.
Requirements:
- CA(SA)
- 10 + years relevant experience
- Solid commercial experience
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Responsible for managing P & L for entire region.
- Responsible in steering Profits and Cash Flow for entire region.
- Responsible for all External, Internal Audits and HR audits
- Responsible to compliance to Domestic and International Commercial Policies
- Responsible to drive sales through business partnership with sales team and customers
- Preparation and communication of daily/Monthly MIS to Corporate Offices and other Regional Headquarters
- Responsible for Legal, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Human Resource and Secretarial matters for entire region
- To Drive the team of 45 people in meeting profits and growth
- Responsible for Supply Chain Optimization & Cost Reduction
- Representation of Trade and related matters to the Ministry of Finance, Trade Associations
- Responsible for Call Centre Management
- Reporting Structure: Directly to CEO
- Region and Matrix reporting to Head of Commercial
