Contract until December 2026

2-4 Years related working experience.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- South African citizens/residents are preferred.
- Two years IT related working experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Fluent Englishspeaking, including Business reading and writing
- Technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure components
- Customer Service
- First Level Support
- Incident Management
- System Monitoring
- Knowledge of ITSM Tools
- Technical Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Real Time Communications Tools
- Basic Active Directory configuration
ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Information Technology Qualification (Advantageous, but not a prerequisite)
ROLE:
- IT experience delivering operations support services
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a high attention to detail
- Provide First Level Support to endusers
- Perform First Level Fixes in IT systems in accordance with SOPs
- Route pertinent tickets to relevant Second Level Support teams
- Work shifts as part of a team providing 8 x 5 x 365 support
