Are you a proactive and professional individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in Cape Town.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them effectively, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are addressed.
Welcome and announce visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring they are directed to the correct location.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, equipped with all necessary stationery, forms, brochures, and other materials.
Prepare payment requisition documents, seeking approval and signatures from Regional Managers.
Keep track of inventory for office supplies and stationary, ensuring stock is replenished when needed.
Monitor, record, and reconcile petty cash payments accurately.
Assist with general administration tasks as required, supporting the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 education.
Previous experience of at least 1 year in a switchboard and customer relations environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and visitors.
Strong administration skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
